I have been there, and I know how much it sucks. And no matter what I say, I know it won't make it better. Just know that I think you are fab no matter what (as is that red ensemble)!<br /><br />I had many of those same thoughts about getting faster the past year or two, and it took a huge switch in training to break out. Give yourself a break and see if there's a solid half plan to shake things up. You'll get a good base before going into a fall full.
